Methodology and Sources
The author presents practical legal rulings supported by textual proofs from the Quran and authentic Prophetic traditions . On controversial or difficult jurisprudential questions, al-Qahtani notes that he consulted his teacher, Abd al-Aziz ibn Baz, adopting his preferred legal opinions, either through direct queries or by referencing Ibn Baz's written rulings and legal determinations . Throughout the footnotes, the work references standard legal and hadith treatises, including Ibn Qudamah's al-Mughni, as well as modern legal commentaries and hadith authentications by scholars such as Muhammad Nasir al-Din al-Albani and Muhammad ibn Salih al-Uthaymin .
