Tasarnaktsh noted that he chose this research topic to serve Islamic jurisprudence and because the Hanafi school is predominant in his home country . The study encompassed matters of ritual worship, civil transactions, and penal law, situating internal Hanafi preferences alongside comparative jurisprudence from other legal schools .
