Saeed Abd al-Jalil Yusuf Sakhr, known by the kunya Abu Khalid, is an Egyptian Islamic scholar and Quran teacher from Samannud in the Gharbia Governorate of Egypt . He is the author of Fiqh Qiraat al-Quran (The Jurisprudence of Qur'anic Recitation), a comprehensive treatise devoted to the legal rulings, etiquettes, and prophetic guidance surrounding the recitation and instruction of the Quran .
