  • Tawthiq al-Sunna fi al-Qarn al-Thani al-Hijri: Ususuhu wa-Ittijahatuhu is an academic study examining the methodologies and criteria used by second-century AH scholars to authenticate prophetic traditions. Originally prepared as an academic dissertation, the work investigates the historical mechanisms established during the 2nd century AH to evaluate both chains of transmission (isnad) and textual contents (matn) of hadith, addressing criticisms regarding the reliability and early verification methods of the Sunnah.

It examines the historical reality of early hadith recording during the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammad and the era of the Companions, refuting claims that hadith transmission relied entirely on oral memory until the end of the first century AH.
