Nur bint Hasan Qarut (also recorded as Nur Hasan Qarut) is a scholar and researcher specializing in Islamic jurisprudence.

Education and Academic Career

She completed postgraduate research in Islamic legal studies at Umm al-Qura University, where she submitted her thesis titled Mawqif al-Islam min Nushuz al-Zawjayn aw Ahadihima wa Ma Yatba'u Dhalika min Ahkam ("The Position of Islam Regarding Marital Discord of Both Spouses or One of Them and the Resulting Rulings") to the Department of Higher Islamic Studies in the Faculty of Sharia in 1406 AH (1985–1986 CE).
